Recipe | Chocolate Truffles
Preparation time: 20 minutes, plus 1 hour cooling time

Ingredients
- 225g good-quality dark chocolate, broken into small pieces
- 175ml double cream
- Icing sugar, to dust
- Cocoa powder, sifted, to roll
Method
- In a saucepan add cream and bring to the boil.
- Once boiling, add with chocolate in a mixing bowl.
- Once chocolate is completely melted leave in room temperature covered until cool.
- Take small pieces of the mixture and with icing sugar dusted hands (to prevent mixture sticking) roll the pieces into ball.
- Dust with cocoa powder and icing sugar, enjoy.
