Recipe | Chocolate Truffles

Preparation time: 20 minutes, plus 1 hour cooling time
Makes: About 20

Ingredients
  • 225g good-quality dark chocolate, broken into small pieces
  • 175ml double cream
  • Icing sugar, to dust
  • Cocoa powder, sifted, to roll
Method
  1. In a saucepan add cream and bring to the boil.
  2. Once boiling, add with chocolate in a mixing bowl.
  3. Once chocolate is completely melted leave in room temperature covered until cool.
  4. Take small pieces of the mixture and with icing sugar dusted hands (to prevent mixture sticking) roll the pieces into ball.
  5. Dust with cocoa powder and icing sugar, enjoy.
